Bobcat Fall Soccer Registration Closes Soon

The Our Lady of the Assumption (OLA) Soccer Program is run by volunteers of the OLA Athletic Ministry. PLEASE do not register if you are not an OLA Student or Parishioner. If you

have any questions, please send a message to soccer@olabobcats.org. Grades 1st through 8th will participate in the Catholic Metro Atlanta Soccer League (CMSL) and compete against teams from other parishes and schools, ncluding St. Brigid, Christ the King, Holy Spirit, Immaculate Heart of Mary, Our Lady of the Assumption, St. Jude, and St. Thomas More. CMSL games may be home or away. The Fall CMSL season will consist of 7 games beginning the weekend of August 27th and ending the weekend of October 22nd. The U10, U12 and U14 programs will participate in a CMSL tournament the weekend of October 29th. Games will be on either Saturday or Sunday with some weekends, you might have 2 games. Registration begins June 6th and ends August 12th for the CMSL League and August 14th for the Pre-K and U6 League. ?Please note: CMSL works in conjunction with the Catholic Metro Volleyball League, so no (5th/6th grade) or (7th/8th grade) girls volleyball games will be scheduled during soccer games. ?   • Labor Day Weekend September 3rd/4th - NO GAMES

  • Week 2 Games - September 10th/11th

  • Week 3 Games - September 17th/18th

  • Columbus Day Weekend October 8th/9th - NO GAMES

  • Week 6 Games - October 15th/16th

  • Week 7 Games - October 22nd/23rd

  • U10/U12/U14 Tournament - October 29th/30th

Registration Cost:

  • U7 and U8 Registration is $125 and ends on August 12th

  • U10, U12, U14 Registration is $140 and ends on August 12th

Uniforms: Returning (1st-8th) players will reuse the uniforms from last season but have the opportunity during registration to purchase a new uniform kit (includes jersey, shorts and socks) for $30. New registrants will need to purchase a uniform kit. For additional information concerning the CMSL for U7-U14 divisions, please visit CMSL Information Link. The Pre-K and Kindergarten (U6) OLA soccer program is an intramural program in which teams will play other teams from the OLA league with all games to be played on the OLA fields. U6 divisions will be Co-ed. If we have enough numbers in the U6 division for both girls and boys, we will split by gender. Teams will be divided by the OLA committee based on skill level to equalize the teams. The OLA Pre-K and U6 leagues will be organized as follows: • OLA Pre-K Coed program - Practices/Games will be held each Saturday morning (TBD) • OLA U6 Coed program - Practices/Games will be held each Saturday morning (TBD) Season Dates:

Registration Cost:

  • Pre-K Registration is $115 and ends on August 14th (includes a Size 3 Soccer ball and T-shirt)

  • U6 Registration is $115 and ends on August 14th (includes a T-shirt)

Family Discount: If you have more than one player to register for any of the OLA soccer programs, a $15 family discount will be offered for each additional child registered. Please note the following refund processes for cancellations after registration: For the Pre-K and U6 programs - a $25 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before the registration closing date of 8/14; a $45 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 8/15 and 8/26; and no refunds will be allowed after 8/26 For the U7 and U8 programs - a $25 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before the registration closing date of 8/12; a $50 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 8/13 and 8/26; and no refunds will be allowed after 8/26 For the U10, U12, U14 programs - a $30 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before the registration closing date of 8/12; a $55 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 8/13 and 8/26; and no refunds will be allowed after 8/26 Uniform Refund Policy: You will receive a refund for a purchased uniform if you cancel your child's registration before the registration closing date of 8/12.
