REMINDERS
Only Ministry Leaders can request space usage.
As a Ministry Leader you are responsible for adhering to the procedures set forth in our Ministry Leader Handbook in regard to meeting/event planning and implementation.

Space User Agreement forms are required for ALL bookings. See below to download the forms.

Please review the guidelines below before filling out your request:

All bookings must be requested through the online form. Anne Stephens, Communications Director, is the only person who can approve your booking.

Liturgical Events and Holy Days of Obligation have priority over all other bookings.
​​

You will be sent a confirmation email once your event has been entered into the main calendar. Your event is not confirmed until you have received this email.

Setup needs and any special requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of your meeting or event for planning purposes. OLA Facilities personnel will assist with setups as they are able. These must be submitted to Jim Schweizer, Business Manager/Bookkeeper, at jschweizer@olachurch.org.

If you need to schedule an event after the Spring Calendar meeting/input has been completed, please give the Facilities Scheduler at least 10 business days to have your event approved and scheduled.

HOLY DAYS OF OBLIGATION

Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary - Friday, August 15, 2025
(Masses: August 14 at 7pm; August 15 at 7:30am and 7pm)

All Saints Day - Saturday, November 1, 2025
(No obligation in 2025)
Immaculate Conception - Monday, December 8
(Masses: 7:30am and 7pm)

Christmas - Thursday, December 25, 2025
​
Mary, Mother of God - Thursday, January 1, 2026
​
Ash Wednesday - Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (Not obligatory, but treated as such for purposes of booking.)

Holy Thursday - Holy Saturday, April 2-4, 2026 - NO MEETINGS
Easter - Sunday, April 5, 2026​​

Booking Request Form
This form can only be filled out by parish ministry leaders recognized as leaders by the parish office.
We are currently accepting schedule requests for the 2025-2026 Calendar Year.
These requests will not be confirmed until after the parish staff calendar meeting. You will receive confirmation in early June.
SPACE USER AGREEMENT FORMS
The Forms Below MUST be turned in to the Parish Office at LEAST 2 weeks prior to the date of the event/meeting.

These forms will be updated in Spring 2025 and the updated form will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed.
