Dear OLA Community,
I am pleased to share the joyful news that the Archdiocesan Office of Catholic Schools has named Mrs. Mandy Crock, Principal of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School, as the

Archdiocese’s Leader of the Year. This award, formerly known as Principal of the Year, recognizes exceptional leadership in Catholic education.
In my four months as pastor at OLA, I have been deeply impressed by our school and by Mrs. Crock’s outstanding leadership. She is a dedicated, faith-filled leader who fosters spiritual growth among students, faculty, and staff, while also striving for excellence in education. I am especially grateful for her commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our entire community.
Mrs. Crock’s love for our school—and for our entire OLA family —is evident in all she does. Her energy, care, and vision reflect the best of our mission to form disciples of Jesus Christ and lifelong learners.
Mrs. Crock and OLA’s Teacher of the Year, Mr. Rob Milanesi, Middle School Math and Religion teacher, will be honored at the 18th Annual Archbishop’s Celebration of Catholic Education early next year.
Please join me in congratulating Mrs. Crock on this well-deserved recognition. We are blessed to have such dedicated and faith-filled leaders in our community.
Sincerely in Christ,
Father Dan, Pastor
