For Leaders of Established OLA Ministries Only

Dear Ministry Leaders,

As we look forward to the upcoming year, I invite you to a ministry leader meeting on Saturday, August 12th in Moylan Hall from 9:30am-11:30am.

During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet with your Parish Council Commission Heads and talk about any specific questions or needs that your ministry may have. To help us make the most of our time together, we ask that you reflect on your ministry’s goals, vision, and needs in advance of the meeting.

In addition, we will be discussing guidelines and procedures that will help us work together more effectively. We kindly ask that at least one representative from each ministry attend this meeting, as we value your contribution and input as ministry leaders.

Please RSVP to this invitation by August 1st to let us know whether you can attend. We strongly encourage all ministry leaders to attend or to have someone attend in your absence.
