On Saturday, February 4th OLA's Mat Mathews will be ordained to the permanent diaconate.

 Over the past few years we have seen Mat, in his white alb, serving the altar during Mass as an acolyte and serving in other ministries.

He will serve his first Mass as a deacon at the 5pm Mass on the evening of his ordination. 

On the following Sunday, February 12th, he will begin serving at the 11:30am Mass which will be followed by a reception in Mat’s honor.

Join us for Mass and then a reception in Moylan Hall as we celebrate Mat’s hard work that has culminated in his ordination - and as we rejoice and give thanks to God for blessing our parish with a wonderful new deacon! We hope to see you there!
