Facilities Supervisor

Our Lady of the Assumption is seeking a full-time Facilities Supervisor to help oversee the maintenance, safety, and day-to-day operation of our church and school campus. The position includes supervising maintenance and cleaning personnel, coordinating contractors and vendors, maintaining building and security systems, supporting campus events, and handling a wide variety of facility maintenance and repair needs. Candidates should have strong hands-on maintenance skills and previous supervisory and facilities experience.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 

Weekend Facilities Assistant – Part-Time

Our Lady of the Assumption Parish is seeking to add a Weekend Facilities Assistant to support the parish operations. This part-time role (20–25 hrs/week) involves assisting the Campus Director of Facilities with cleaning and maintaining all the buildings associated with OLA Church & Schools, setting up for various meetings, keeping inventory on supplies among other duties. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of power and hand tools, ability to maintain and repair basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry items, timeliness and good work ethic, flexibility with evenings/weekends, and respect for confidentiality. Prior related experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a valid driver’s license are required.
