Parish Picnic Volunteers Needed
Our 75th Anniversary Parish Picnic is just around the corner, and we want this celebration to bring our entire OLA family together!
Ashley Aglialoro and the Community Life Ministry have been working hard to create an amazing event for our parish. We hope the picnic will bring the same sense of joy, community, and parish spirit that we experienced at our 75th de Mayo celebration and the Run to Church. These events have shown us how much fun it is when our OLA family comes together—and we want the Parish Picnic to be another opportunity for all of us to celebrate and strengthen our bond as a community.
The picnic is on Saturday, September 12, following the 5pm Mass, and we need you!
An event like this takes many hands. We need volunteers to help with food service, games, and activities, setup, cleanup, and other areas throughout the evening. Even an hour of your time can make a big difference!
The picnic will feature hot dogs, tacos, and satay, along with a cake walk, games (including a priest selfie scavenger hunt for the family), relay races, and - best of all - the OLA Community! It will also be our first chance to meet seminarian Dillon Price who will be joining us for his Pastoral Year of seminary.
