Someone Is Searching. Will You Walk With Them?

We have a problem, and it's a great one! So many people have joined our OCIA process this year that we need more sponsors. We especially need men. The Lord is drawing them into the life of his Church, and he is calling OLA parishioners to walk with them.

As a sponsor, you will:

Pray for your candidate
Sit with them at OCIA sessions
Share your own faith story
Encourage them in their journey with our Lord
Welcome them into parish life and community

"Participating in my candidate's journey into the Church gave me a new perspective on my own spiritual journey, and a renewed appreciation for the depth and beauty of Catholicism." - Past OCIA Sponsor

You don't need to be an expert or a teacher. You just need to be willing to stand beside someone as they come home to Christ's Church. OCIA meets Sunday mornings following the 9 AM Mass.
