Pastoral Council Elections Weekend of April 25/26

Dear OLA Family,

The weekend April 25/26 we are holding elections for the Parish Pastoral Council. 

Parish pastoral councils are bodies of parishioners and certain members of the pastoral staff that assist the pastor in fostering the pastoral activity of the parish. While not mandated by Canon Law, pastoral councils have long been employed by OLA’s pastors.

With the terms of three sitting members of the council set to expire this spring, we are inviting all OLA parishioners to cast their vote for the individuals they believe best suited to serve in this important capacity. The final appointments lie with the pastor.

We have six strong candidates running for 3 spots on the Council. Please carefully review their bios by clicking here and be ready to vote when you attend Mass. If you have any questions or are unable to vote in person and would like the link to an online ballot, please email us at pastoralcouncil@olachurch.org.
