Join the Snax Sax Ministry

A Ministry for Middle and High School Youth

We are excited to announce that our Snax Sax Ministry has begun packing snax sax for two local elementary schools.

The teen leaders have worked with the elementary school staff who are identifying at-

risk children who may not have sufficient food outside of school hours.

Each week - mostly on Sunday afternoons - during the school year, Middle and High School volunteers pack decorated brown bags with nutritious food that are delivered to the partners schools for children to take home over the weekend.

This link also provides information on how you can financially support the ministry. Donations go toward purchasing the food. 

Adult Volunteers are needed to oversee the packing and to drive the packs to the local school. (Must have completed Safe Environment/Virtus training.)
