Trunks Needed for Trunk-or-Treat

Help us give the kids of OLA a safe, fun place to celebrate Halloween! The Community Life Ministry is hosting its Annual Trunk-or-Treat on Thursday, October 29th  at 6pm. Trunk Set-Up begins at 4:30pm.

Trunk-or-Treat is an event that brings Halloween to parking lots where kids go from car to car and get candy. It is popular at schools, churches, in rural areas where homes are far apart, and in places where trick-or-treating isn't safe. Car trunks are decorated - there will be a judging of the best trunk - and kids dress up just as they would for traditional trick or treating.

We invite you, your family, and/or your ministry to get involved by having a trunk or table at the event. You can hand out sweet treats or trinkets or have a game for the kids  to play. We expect over 300 trick-or-treaters!
