About the Event

Mercy Care Parish-Wide Meal Kit Builds are Back in 2022!

Thank you so much to all those that built (and continue to build) meal kits at-home in 2021! In addition to at-home builds, we are so excited to reintroduce the parish-wide initiative with our first quarterly build on Friday, January 7th.

Moving forward, each quarter we will build 3,000 meal kits in our Parish-Wide Meal Kit Build Event to feed the homeless, sick and vulnerable people Mercy Care serves through their Street Medicine and on-site clinical services.

We humbly ask for your support in helping Mercy Care Ministry meet our goal of building 12,000 meal kits annually starting on January 7.

Are you, your family or friends able to help in one of the following ways?

Time: We’ll need # of volunteers in the days leading up to the build to collect food donations and in myriad ways the day of the build, Friday, January 7th. To learn more about volunteer opportunities and to sign up visit:

Donate Food: No food donation is too small! Building 3,000 Meal Kits seems like a lofty goal, but OLA is a vibrant, giving community and we can do this! Food donations can be dropped off at Moylan Hall on Tuesday, January 4th and Wednesday, January 5th. View requested food items and sign up to donate visit:

Pray: Remember the clients, staff and volunteers of MercyCare in your prayers. May they find hope in healing!
