Fasting and Abstinence Regulations

Ash Wednesday and Good Friday: Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are obligatory days of fasting and abstinence for Catholics.
Fridays: Fridays during Lent are obligatory days of abstinence (from eating meat).
Who Fasts? For members of the Catholic Church, the norms on fasting are obligatory from age 18 until age 59. When fasting, a person is permitted to eat one full meal, as well as two smaller meals that together are not equal to a full meal. The norms concerning abstinence from meat are binding upon members of the Latin Catholic Church from age 14 onwards.

9:00 a.m.(Does not fulfill Sunday Mass obligation)
5:00 p.m. Vigil Mass
7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.,1:30 (Indonesian), 3:30 (Spanish), 5:30 p.m. (Youth Ministered)

Liturgy of the Word for Children Each Sunday during the 9:00 am Liturgy, children (5 years – 2nd grade), leave the congregation to celebrate the “Good News” in their own style then they return to Mass.

Little Lambs Each Sunday during the 9:00 am Liturgy, children 2 – 5 years old, leave the congregation to celebrate the “Good News” in their own style with age appropriate stories and lessons then they return to Mass.

The Nursery hours are 9:00am and 11:30 am Mass during the school year. The Nursery is located in the OLA Preschool classrooms.   Follow directional signs on Sunday or contact our Nursery Coordinator. 

The nursery is open only for the 9:00 am Mass only.

Holy Days of Obligation

Monthly Addiction Mass
Second Saturday of the Month:  10 a.m. followed by a reception. For all those struggling with addiction or those who are affected by another person’s addiction. Mass is followed by coffee and fellowship.

Daily Mass Readings:

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place each Wednesday in the Daily Chapel of the main church starting at 8:00 a.m. and continuing all day until 6:30 p.m.  Holy Hour takes place from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.   No sign up time required.

Healing Rosary
Second Wednesday of every month, 6:30 p.m. – 7:3o p.m. in the Daily Chapel.

Saturdays in the Church from 4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Or by appointment – call the parish office.

We have Parish Reconciliation services twice a year, once during Advent and once during Let.
