Go to the Archdiocese of Atlanta website

Across the top, you will see some words underneath the Archdiocese of Atlanta
           
Please click on Offices.

That will bring up a pull down menu.

Please click on the first one Ministries.

Which should bring up another list, please click on  – Child And Youth Protection.

In the center of the window, you will see in bold – Employee & Volunteer Packets.  Please click on that.

If you scroll down that page, you will see Volunteer Packet and underneath that you will see the first bullet point with Complete Volunteer Packet. 
Please click on the Complete Volunteer Packet.

When you click on Complete Volunteer Packet, it will bring up a 40 page Adobe pdf file.  The following is a table that will, hopefully, help you understand these pages.

Note:  Some of the forms will seem repetitive and/or unrelated to your volunteer position.  All of these forms are required by the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

Please complete and return all this information to Meg Warner, OLA Parish Accountant.

The next step is to watch the Archdiocesan “You Matter” video.

To get to the “You Matter” video, first click on your Back button (usually in the top left of  your internet browser screen) from the 40 page document.  Now you should be on the Safe Environment Materials for Employees and Volunteers page.

Close to the top of the page, you will see in bold black letters – Employee & Volunteer Materials.

Underneath that you will see the second bullet point, “You Matter” video for Clergy, Employees, Volunteers & Parents.  Please click on that.

On that page, if you scroll down, you will come to a blue section, which has Streamline or Download.  This will be up to you, which you put on your computer.  The video comes in three sections, please download and watch all three sections.  Once it is downloaded onto your PC, you can open it up and view it.  The video is about an hour long.

After watching the video, please get the form (from your 40 page document) Safe Environment Compliance Adults.  You will sign this form stating that you watched the video and completed all the necessary forms.
