Next weekend, November 16-18,  our Kairos Prison Ministry members will be leading a retreat at Hancock State Prison. They need your help in a number of ways.

Please see below for details and let us know if you will be able to help. You can contact ministry leader Kevin Fitzpatrick for more information by clicking here.

Thank you,
Anne Stephens, Communications Director

Do you love to bake? Then we need you to bake some cookies!
One of the highlights of the weekend for the men attending the retreat is receiving packages of homebaked cookies.  The cookies are to be home-made, not store bought, and put into plastics bags, 6 per bag.  The bag must be the press-to-seal type, not the slider-to-seal type.

Cookies must be turned into the parish office no later than 12pm on Wednesday, November 14.

We need your prayers!
We are asking people to sign up for 1 hour (or more) to pray for the participants and the team members during the retreat from Thursday – Sunday, November 15 – 18.

A Kairos team member will be in the Narthex after each Mass THIS WEEKEND to answer any of your questions and have a sign-up sheet available. Thank you for your prayers.

We need a runner for the weekend!
We are also in need of a someone to serve as a runner over the weekend. This is an outside the prison role of picking up and delivering to the prison the meals we serve. If you are able to serve in this capacity, please contact Kevin Fitzpatrick at the link above.
