Welcome to OLA's Youth Ministry Program
OLA's youth ministry includes young people from 4th grade through college in a number of groups! In each group we strive to build a stong community where we grow in faith!

Kids Club (4th/5th Grade)
Kids Club meets one Monday a month from 5:45 -7:30pm.
Among our activities are: games, arts and crafts, an annual book drive for homeless children, making Christmas gifts for homeless moms...and, of course, sharing our faith. Pizza is served for dinner - each youth is asked to bring $3-$5 each month to help cover the cost of food/beverage and supplies.

Middle School (6th-8th Grades)
Our middle school youth group meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:45-8:30pm.
Our meetings are scheduled, planned and presented by a team of adult and youth leaders, with the topics of most evenings being selected by the youth. We participate in many exciting activities throughout the school year!

High School (9th-12th Grades)
Our high school group meets on Sundays from 6:45-8:30pm. Meetings end with pizza.
Each week we share our lives while exploring our faith! Our goal is to express our faith in every moment of our lives!
Along with our weekly meetings, during the year we serve the homeless, have coat and hygiene kit drives, go on 2 retreats to St. Bernard Abbey (Cullman, AL), bowl, play hockey, etc...

College/Young Adult
Affectionately known as "Catholic Club" this group was founded by students from nearby Oglethorpe University. All college aged young adults are welcome!
We meet most Thursdays during the school year from 7-8:30pm and pizza is served.
During the year we share our faith, go on 2 retreats, to go mass together, serve the homeless, etc...
